No, eyebrows embroidery won't affect the brow hair growth. They eventually will still grow back. We will only trim the stray hairs outside of the brows shape to make it look neater. The natural brow hair will still grow back as it used to, so you will only need to follow the shape and trim the stray hairs as the maintenance to keep it neat.

Yes, it will look natural after it peels off.
The brows might be slightly darker for the first few days, due to fresh colour on your skins and the scabs.
After peel off, the colour of your brows will be lighter by 30-40% and the thickness will shrink by 10-15%.
Normally it will take 7 days to heal or peel off, but it might be slightly faster or slower depends on your own skin type and response. Specifically on 3rd to 4th day, it will normally start to have cracks on the scab and it will take roughly 3-4 days for it to finish peel off naturally.
